Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers can request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 88076 22723 or email at adorabletrends23@gmail.com.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

In case of cancellation, a 2% processing fee will be deducted from the total paid amount while issuing the refund.

Adorable Trends reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a refund without prior customer approval in situations such as incorrect order details, courier issues, manufacturing delays, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

If a product becomes unavailable or goes out of stock after order placement, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days through UPI or bank transfer.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns will not be accepted for minor variations in color, shade, or fabric feel, as slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric characteristics.

If you receive a wrong product or a damaged saree, please email us at adorabletrends23@gmail.com along with an unedited parcel opening video as proof.

Exchanges are available for eligible cases and can be exchanged with another product of your choice.

In case of wrong or damaged product delivery, Adorable Trends will bear the courier charges for return shipping.
